Your new appliances are installed by Pacific Appliance Group's authorized installer — specialists in these brands — with delivery, install, and haul-away of your old unit all handled for you. Because every home is a little different (owners often remodel over the years), we start with a complimentary site visit to make sure the new unit fits perfectly and everything goes smoothly before anything is ordered. As a general reference, a basic built-in refrigerator install with no modifications needed has typically run about $525 + tax, with delivery and haul-away of the old unit at about $525 + tax — roughly $1,050 + tax. Your exact figure comes from that site visit, so there are no surprises.

Just delivery, installation, and haul-away as described above, plus applicable tax on both the product and the services. There are no hidden fees.

These are special-order items, and the typical lead time has been about 4–6 weeks once an order is placed.

Here's the typical path. Once the program reaches 15 committed units, we schedule the site visits — these usually happen within ~1 week, though with a larger building it can take a little longer. After your payment is collected, product generally arrives on island in about 4–6 weeks when it's in stock at the California warehouse (lead times vary by model and current demand, and we'll give you a more accurate ETA at the time of your order). Once it arrives, installs are typically scheduled within 7–10 days, though with many units in one building they may be spread over a slightly longer window. And if you're traveling or simply prefer a later date, just let us know — we're happy to coordinate your order and install around your schedule, as long as installation is completed by February 28, 2027.
